BCIS, one of the largest construction data providers in the built environment, has announced a series of webinars that focus on international location factors in construction cost planning.

Location factors have supported UK industry professionals to develop early-stage cost benchmarking for years. Increasingly, organisations work at a global level, which presents challenges when targeting different regions. What data should they use? And how do they make informed investment decisions?

BCIS is broadcasting a series of FREE WEBINARS featuring regional industry experts who will discuss – how they’re currently working, where they get their insights from and what tools they currently have. The use of international location factors and ICMS (International Cost Management Standards) will be considered – in particular, how they can help in decision-making, when providing early-stage cost advice, and benchmarking when developing preliminary and elemental cost plans.
